Refund Policy
This policy explains refund eligibility, how to apply, and how refunds are processed for VPNSPA subscriptions. For information about account use and data handling, also see the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You may request a no-questions-asked full refund within 7 days of your first payment. The window starts from the account's first successful payment and is verified against the time the support ticket is submitted. You do not need to demonstrate connection issues or service problems, and technical troubleshooting is not a prerequisite.
This commitment applies to a monthly subscription or data package purchased with your first payment. Monthly subscription data resets and data packages that never expire are product usage rules; they do not extend the refund window. Later renewals, additional data package purchases, or plan upgrades do not restart the first-payment refund window. For these orders, list each transaction separately in your ticket so the support team can verify how they relate.
Eligible Cases and Verification
Requests submitted within the refund window qualify for a no-questions-asked full refund when the account and payment order can be verified. Importing a subscription, connecting to a route, or using plan data does not by itself constitute grounds for denying a refund. This policy sets no separate data-usage percentage deduction or usage threshold.
Orders submitted after the application window are not covered by the no-questions-asked refund commitment above. A completed refund cannot be issued again for the same transaction. If there is unusual usage beyond the plan allowance, a suspected duplicate payment, a disputed transaction, or an account violation, the relevant records must be reviewed. An unusual record does not automatically make you ineligible for a refund, nor does it authorize an unannounced deduction based on data usage. If account restrictions are involved, we will explain the basis and provide the refund decision separately.
How to Apply and What to Provide
Sign in to the user panel support tickets to submit your refund request and identify the relevant order. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Refund-related communication takes place through support tickets in your account.
- Provide the order number, plan name, and payment method so the transaction can be located.
- If the order status differs from the actual payment, you may include payment proof and the transaction time, with unrelated personal information covered.
- For an upgrade, additional purchase, or duplicate payment, explain how the orders relate and which transaction you want reviewed.
After verification, the support team will reply to the original ticket with the outcome. If information is missing, they will specify what is needed. Do not submit your account password, payment password, private key, or recovery phrase. Once a refund is completed, the subscription or data package benefits for that order end.
Refund Processing and Payment Differences
Payments made through Alipay or WeChat Pay are generally refunded to the original payment account through the original payment channel. Initiating a refund and receiving the funds are separate steps. The arrival time depends on the payment channel's processing progress and transaction status; no fixed timeframe is promised. You can check the processing status in your support ticket and compare it with the transaction record in your payment account.
USDT transfers are handled differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay and cannot be assumed to reverse automatically through the same process. If a refund is required, the original transaction, receiving address, and relevant network will be verified through a support ticket, and the handling method will be explained before processing. Any network fee or other factor that could affect the amount received will be explained and confirmed in advance; no fixed deduction is assumed. Do not change your payment details based solely on messages received outside the site.
Checking Progress and Disputes
After submitting your request, keep the original support ticket and payment record. If you have received a notice that the refund was initiated but the funds have not arrived, add the payment channel's displayed status to the same ticket. This helps avoid verification difficulties caused by submitting duplicate requests. If the original channel cannot return the funds, we will explain why first and then discuss a verifiable alternative.
If you disagree with the verification result, identify the specific order and explain the dispute in your ticket to request a review. Later policy changes will not retroactively reduce refund commitments that applied to an existing order. Nothing on this page excludes consumer rights you are entitled to by law.
