Import Your Subscription and Connect

Get your subscription ready in the user panel, then import the servers into your device. The steps below follow the actual setup process, with notes on what to look for and where to check if you get stuck.

The interface varies by platform, operating system version, and client. Options such as “Subscription,” “Configuration,” and “Import from link” may refer to the same feature under different names. Follow the installation and import instructions in the user panel; button labels may not match this guide exactly.

Already have an account and an active plan? Skip to Get Your Subscription. If your client already shows a server list, continue to Connection Check.

Prepare Your Account

Create an Account and Save Your Login Details

Open the account page and follow the prompts to enter a username and password. VPNSPA does not require an email address; a username and password are all you need to create an account. Choose a username you can recognize and set a unique password rather than reusing one from another site. Check your entries before submitting, and save your login details in a trusted password manager. You’ll need them to sign in, view orders, and get your subscription.

Once you’re done, you should be able to open the user panel and see your account overview. If you’re still on the sign-in page, log in with the username and password you just saved. For now, simply confirm that the page loads and shows the right account. You don’t need to look for a connection button in the client yet: the account page manages your subscription, while the client on your device establishes the network connection.

If the page says your username is already taken, choose another and try again. If it reports an input error, check for extra spaces or unexpected input-method characters; don’t click repeatedly in quick succession. If you already have an account, sign in instead. This helps keep your orders and subscription together rather than splitting them across accounts.

Try It Free No email address required. Create an account with a username and password.

Done when: You can access your user panel and have saved your login details. Next, choose a plan in the same account.

Plans and Orders

Choose a Plan and Confirm It’s Active

Open the Plans section in the panel and consider how you expect to use the service. Choose a monthly subscription if you use it regularly and prefer a monthly data allowance. If your usage varies and you want to keep unused data for later, check out the data packages. Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly from the activation date, not at the start of each calendar month.

Data packages are ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire. The difference is how data is retained and reset, not how you import the client. Pick the option that fits your needs, then review the order confirmation page. There’s no need to choose a higher tier just to follow this guide.

Check the plan name, price, and data allowance, then pay using one of the methods shown on the page. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. After payment, return to the user panel to check the order result and current plan. A completed payment does not mean the client has automatically received the servers. If the panel hasn’t updated, refresh the order or overview page and confirm the status before continuing to avoid placing duplicate orders.

If you upgrade a monthly subscription partway through its term, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Review the result shown in the panel before proceeding. VPNSPA offers a 7-day refund policy; see the Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund. This guide covers setup only. For full pricing and plan comparisons, see the Plans page.

Done when: The panel confirms your order and shows the corresponding plan details. Next, get your subscription from the account overview.

Get Your Subscription

Get Your Subscription from the Account Overview

Open the account overview and find the subscription option. Your subscription link isn’t a website to browse; it’s a credential that lets the client retrieve server configuration. Once imported, the client uses it to build your server list. When you need to refresh the servers later, you’ll usually update the configuration from this same subscription.

If the panel offers an import option for your client, use it if possible. After clicking, your browser may ask whether to open the client. Check that the correct app is selected before allowing it to open. If you haven’t installed a client yet, install one from the panel’s download section first, then return to the overview. A failed handoff doesn’t mean your subscription is invalid.

To import manually, use the panel’s copy function to get the full subscription link, then paste it into your client. Don’t copy only the visible part of the address, delete parameters, or add spaces. This guide does not show real subscription links. Never include your subscription credentials in tutorial screenshots, chat logs, or public documents.

Keep your subscription link as secure as a password. If you need help, describe the error message, platform, and steps you took; don’t post the full link publicly. If the client reports a format error, copy the original link from the panel again. If it can’t retrieve the subscription, check whether your current network can access the panel and whether your plan is active.

Done when: You’ve found a working import option or copied the full subscription link. Next, read the section for your device.

Configure Your Device

Import a Subscription by Platform

Get clients from the Downloads section of the user panel. Except for iOS, you can download the client directly after signing in. Get your subscription from the account overview after signing in. The panel provides the iOS download option and instructions for any required permissions. Choose the version that matches your device, launch the client after installation, then import your subscription. Linux users can also follow the panel instructions; this guide focuses on common desktop and mobile platforms.

Windows: Add a Remote Subscription

Use the Windows client provided in the panel, or a client compatible with the subscription as described in the panel instructions. Open the main window and look for “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Manage Configurations,” then choose an option such as “Import from link” or “Add subscription.” Paste the link you copied into the URL field. If there’s a separate name field, you can enter a label to help identify it; the label won’t affect the server details.

Save the subscription, then update it or fetch the configuration. Wait for the regions and servers to appear, then set this configuration as active. If the configuration appears in the import list but the server list is still empty, check whether you’ve updated it before trying to add it again. Next, go to the connection page, choose a server, and enable the system proxy or equivalent mode as prompted by the client. The panel instructions explain where to find these options in each client.

macOS: Import the Configuration and Approve System Permissions

Install and open the macOS client from the user panel, following the instructions in the Downloads section. On the configuration or subscription page, choose the option to add a link, or start the import from the panel. If macOS asks whether to open the app from your browser, check that the app name matches the one you installed before continuing. Save the subscription, update the configuration, and check that the server list has loaded.

On the first connection, you may see a prompt for a network extension, VPN configuration, or other system permission. Allow it only if you’ve confirmed it’s the client you just installed and intend to use. If you denied permission, update it in System Settings before trying again. Don’t keep approving prompts if you’re unsure where they came from. For issues involving permissions or compatibility with Apple services, see the Help Center. There’s no need to change multiple network settings during the initial import.

Android: Import from a Link and Allow the VPN Connection

Sign in and download the Android client from the panel’s Downloads section, then install it as prompted by Android. Open the app and find the add option on the subscription or configuration page. Choose import from URL or link, paste the subscription, and save it. Then update the subscription and check that server names appear, rather than just an entry that hasn’t retrieved any configuration yet.

Choose a configuration and server, then tap Connect. Android may show a VPN connection request. This system permission is needed for the app to establish a network connection; check that it’s the correct app before allowing it. If other VPN apps are running on your device, stop them first to avoid conflicts. Once the app shows that it’s connected, test the website or app you want to use. Don’t rely on the status-bar icon alone to confirm that everything is working.

iOS: Get the Client and Add Your Subscription Using the Panel Instructions

Select iOS in the panel’s Downloads section and follow the download and permission instructions shown there. After installation, return to the account overview and use the corresponding import option. To add it manually, find subscription management, add configuration, or import from URL in the client. Paste the full link, save it, and update the subscription. Option names vary by client; the key is to add the remote subscription rather than enter server details one at a time.

When the servers appear, select the configuration and region you want, then turn on the connection. If iOS asks to add a VPN configuration or confirm a permission, verify the app and follow the prompt. If the app opens from your browser but no server list appears, return to the subscription page and check that the subscription was saved and updated. iOS availability requirements are shown in the panel; this page does not provide an installation package or other public download links.

Done when: The client shows the servers in your subscription and the correct configuration is selected. To use another device, repeat the same steps. There’s no limit on simultaneous devices, but keep your subscription credentials secure.

Connection Check

Connect to a Server and Test Access

Choose a server in the region you need, then connect. For your first use, keep the client’s recommended rule mode and don’t change the protocol, DNS, or other advanced settings at the same time. If a service requires a specific region, choose a server that matches your needs. A farther-away region doesn’t necessarily work better, and you don’t need to try every server to check your connection.

First, check that the client shows a connected status, then reopen the website or app you want to use. An open page may still be using an old connection, so refresh it or close and reopen it. A page that loads and a login flow that continues are good signs that access is working for your use case. If one app still has problems, your subscription may still be working; the cause could be the app’s cache, account region, or the platform’s own access rules.

If you can’t connect at all, first check that your device’s regular network connection is working. Then check that the subscription updated successfully, the right configuration is enabled, and system permissions are granted. If the server list is empty, go back to the import steps. If servers appear but the connection fails, make sure no other network-routing app is running, then try another server that suits your target region. Change one setting at a time so you can identify the cause.

If regular websites work but a streaming service or AI tool reports a region issue, note the service name, selected region, and error message, then check the Help Center. For streaming-related account regions, payment regions, and server selection, see the Streaming Guide. You don’t need to troubleshoot all of these during your first connection, and a connection icon alone can’t guarantee that a platform will work.

To use another device, sign in to the same account, get your subscription, and import it using the steps for that platform. After switching clients, check the active configuration and connection mode again rather than relying on what the old app showed. Once you know where everything is, everyday use usually means updating your subscription, choosing a server, and connecting. You won’t need to create another account or place another order.

Done when: The client shows a normal connection status, and the website or app you want to use works as expected. Keep your account details safe so you can check your plan and data, manage your subscription, or submit a support request in the panel later.
